How It Works
Book the ride
Call, text, or book online. Tell us the patient name, pickup address, destination, and appointment time. Takes 3 minutes.
We confirm and dispatch
You receive an immediate confirmation with driver name, vehicle info, and ETA. Facility gets a copy if requested.
Driver arrives on time
Our driver arrives 10 minutes early, assists the patient to the vehicle, and monitors the appointment window.
Return trip coordinated
We wait or return at a scheduled time. No patient left waiting at a clinic. Return confirmation sent automatically.
